General Referral
$300 One-Time Reward
Anyone can refer a property owner and receive a $300 referral payment after the owner signs a management agreement, completes onboarding, and the first hosting payment has been received.
Strategic Partner Program
0.7% Monthly Revenue Commission
Approved partner businesses such as cleaners may receive ongoing referral payments equal to 0.7% of the monthly property revenue while the property remains a client and the partner remains actively working with UM Hosting.

UM Hosting is looking to build strategic relationships with approved businesses such as cleaners and other local service providers who regularly work with short-term rental owners.
Partner Commission Example
- Example property revenue: $7,000
- UM Hosting management fee example: $1,050
- Partner commission: 0.7% of $7,000 = $73.50
When Ongoing Payments Continue
- The property remains a client of UM Hosting.
- The partner remains actively working with UM Hosting.
- If the partner stops working with UM Hosting, future payments stop.

- Ongoing payments stop if the partner is no longer active.
- UM Hosting reviews eligibility manually and can update statuses as needed.
